February Training Schedule

New Training Class Start Dates for February:
Thursday, Feb 11th, 6:00pm - Small Dog Basic Obedience class for pups 20lbs & under. 6 weeks.
Thursday, Feb 18th, 7:15pm - Intermediate Obedience class. 6 weeks.
Saturday, Feb 20th, 2:00pm - Puppy Class. 6 weeks.
Wednesday, Feb 24th 7:15pm - Large Dog Basic Obedience class for pups over 20lbs. 6 weeks.
Class size is limited, so register early to reserve your space. Classes will all take field trips to learn how to manage behavior in real-life situations, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes! (Puppy classes will only take field trips after all pups have had their 3rd round of shots!)
Continuing Education Classes:
Tricky Tuesday. Held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:15 pm (Feb 9th this month), this class helps you and your pup learn new tricks or brush up on old tricks. It's a great way to connect with your dog in a fun (and often funny!) way.
Puzzle This! Held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:15 pm (Feb 16th), this class will help you teach your dog to work some of the Nina Ottosson puzzles that we have. If you don't have a puzzle, or have been thinking about getting one, you're welcome to come watch and see what this puzzle mania is all about!
Canine College. Held weekly on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm. This is a never-ending advanced course for those of us who simply enjoy working with our dogs on a continuing basis. We work on rally obedience, basic agility and take field trips to work on our heeling, loose leash walking, sit & down stays with real-life distractions.

Valentine's Day Pictures with your Pup!

Come join us on Sunday, February 14th for our Valentine’s Day photo shoot with Brent Smith of fivetwelve Studios! We’ll be “shooting” from 1-5 that day. The sitting fee is only $10, and 20% of that will be donated to SNIPSA. He has really reasonable pricing on his photo packages, so you’ll be sure to find something that will fit your budget. This is a first come, first served event, so we’ll be providing cookies for you and your pup if you need to wait. Please call the store if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you then!
